CSU Athletic Department said, "In addition to the testing set forth above, the NJCAA may require additional drug testing during NJCAA championship athletic competition. The list of banned substances can be found in the NCAA Rules Manual."
Pathos
One community college may be the first step of several and majority of the community colleges to start drug testing their athlete. This can be the first step for the NJCAA to start drug testing all of their athletes.
